Jeff Conway, LCSWR is a skilled and experienced psychotherapist who has helped many people with the above mentioned struggles create real positive results and improve the quality of their life.
His work is greatly influenced by Schema Therapy, an integrative and highly innovative model of psychotherapy that is very effective at getting to the core issues causing distress and then making real and substantial changes. In collaboration with the Jeff, you will address the issues in a comprehensive way that will involve cognitive, emotional and behavioral work.
Jeff Conway also has training in basic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a very helpful therapy for treating depression, anxiety and phobias.
